We held our first ever young carers sleep over on Friday 5^th July 2024. The event was set up for our BGS community that are young carers – they were allowed to select a friend and we all spent the evening carrying out lots of activities this included – playing games, take away dinner generously sponsored by McDonalds on the Bath Road , a movie, hide and seek/treasure hunt around the school and finished with a disco before finally getting some sleep! We finished our sleep over on Saturday morning with a continental breakfast and fun was had by all.
