Trustee Vacancies

We are currently seeking Trustees to join the board of Beeches Learning & Development Trust (BLDT), a Trust of 2 schools, Burnham Grammar School and Dorney School.

Trustees work together to fulfil the purpose of the Trust board:

  • strategic leadership – defining the vision, fostering the Trust’s culture and setting the strategy
  • accountability and assurance – robust and effective oversight of trust operations and performance
  • engagement – strategic oversight of relationships with stakeholders, ensuring decisionmaking is supported by meaningful engagement

Expressions of interest would be particularly welcome from candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

  • Leadership in Primary Education
  • ICT Networks
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Those who reflect the diversity of the student body and parental community
